Heather was the Worship Director for Hope Chapel in Perth Western Australia until 2000 when she moved to the USA with her husband (Heathers husband Mark is the Media Pastor at New Hope)and children to become the Worship Director at New Hope Foursquare Church. She currently directs and oversees all music and worship for New Hope and is leading “ W.W.L.T.” – a ministry that trains youth in music and voice. Heather and her husband Mark have led worship seminars in local churches and spoken at conferences “Building a Worshiping- Worship Team ”.

Heather became a christian at 15 and has been directing worship bands ever since. In Australia she led bands that went to country towns playing in Outreach Concerts and Evangelistic crusades. At 15 years of age I was a very angry, hurting and depressed teenager and I felt life had no purpose. It was at this time that I was gloriously saved. Psalm 91 :1 became my lifeline scripture “He who dwells in the SECRET PLACE of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my REFUGE and my FORTRESS, my GOD; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I confidently trust !” I discovered worship brought me into the ‘secret place' with my Lord where I experienced healing, restoration, joy, peace and hope. This is why I devote myself to teaching the importance of worship. This scripture promises stability, protection, provision, and blessing for those who are worshipers. It is so much more than just being a musician!

Her passion is to teach musicians and singers the biblical principals regarding serving and worship and to see people with musical talent trained and released into the ministry. Matthew 28:19 says we are to make DISCIPLES, therefore her desire is to train musicians and singers to be great worshipers , not just great musicians.
