Larry retired after 31 years of service from John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline as a quality coordinator/trainer. After his retirement Larry and his wife Linda opened an art and framing business. He has been part of the New Hopeteam for the past 27 years serving in many ministries such as: Sunday school teacher, deacon and council member. In his spare time Larry enjoys bark carving and traveling. Larry and his wife Linda have been married for 35 years. They have one son and three little grandsons to keep them busy.
In 1999 Larry and Linda became the Children's Ministries coordinators at New Hope, partnering with parents to lead children to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Larry became the Operations Manager for New Hope Community Center (NHCC) in 2006. NHCC is an out reach arm of New Hope that is committed to caring for our community. |
